Oooo that was tough

Ran 4 miles...had no legs...1st felt slow and was about 14:30 and went downhill from there. Tried a GU at the end of mile 3 and that helped a little...62:30 for the 4 miles...over 15 min miles. At least I made the distance that I said I would do when I started.

Ran the first two miles at a 7/2 pace. That may have been too fast or too long. Dropped to 4/2 for the last two miles.

That's all..

Good nite Go Team

maybe felt like no legs, but they got you 4 miles...good for you, you got out there and did it!

don't forget to up your calcium intake now that you are doing more distance, you need it for proper muscle contraction :)
